Mark,

The latest upload is CONSTANTLY sending X-10 signals.  I did not have a lot
of time to troubleshoot as it was late but here is what I did notice/do:

The X-10 transmission lights on my Home Vision were constantly flashing.
Both TW-523 modules indicated signals being sent as well
If I pushed a button on a minim controller it took 30-60 seconds for ECS to
respond.
If I initiated something from the ECS window it was fairly instantaneous.
I pressed Alt-T for about 2 seconds and am inserting the .tmp files.

I reverted back to the last upload (4.1.006) and now all is fine.
