EUREKA - I HAVE FOUND A TIMING BUG, THANKS TO DAN'S PATIENT
ASSISTANCE. Sorry, but it's VERY hard to describe - It has
to do with a misinterpretation of W95 "clock-tics" at the time
they "wrap-around" to 0. I think this was a fairly minor bug
that normally would not be a problem, but was fully exposed
by Dan's cfg. THANKS DAN! Will upload shortly.
