I have learned the hard way that the CPU-XA will "drop"
signals if over 20 are so are sent consecutively
(with no indication of any problem from the unit).
Till this problem is resolved, I have modified ECS
to assure than the unit's internal queue does not
exceed 20 signals. ECSB upload is ready.

I am also waiting to hear back from AD on the
slowness of the signal transmission (1 per sec).
