Why have the security system at all at that point? Why not just have the HV
control the sensors? The new support for the CPU-XA system (or maybe
already) will be able to use the AD ADICON security module that has
"supervised" line support - this means EOL resistors that effectively allow
you to detect NO or NC and also someone cutting or shorting the line as far
as I understand.
