Hello Larry,

I can't remember where my card is from.  I would have to dust off the manual.
The Windows device manager lists the four serial ports all with the same IRQ.  I
had to manually configure it.  I found another source for other serial Quads
although a bit expensive.  Look at this address and see what you think:
