Dan,

What are you using to open and close your blinds?  I am looking for a lower
cost unit.  At $150 (ish) per window I can't afford to do the blinds in my
house.  Does anybody have any suggestions?

How about:

Full humidity/rain/temp controlled watering of the lawn and aforementioned
garden.

Close sun lights per rain/temp/wind.

Close security roll down shutters when wind dictates (I live in a very windy
Santa Anna wind area and am concerned about the windows on the wind side).

Notify us of any windows or doors in the house open at rain or wind.

Close or open drapes and blinds as needed for warm sunlight (wanted and
unwanted).

Any other ideas????
