Subject: From: Date: | 4.1.007 Mark Gilmore Wed, 01 Sep 1999 10:30:05 -0700 |
Though the new WEATHER-INTERFACE-A (Davis) Type has not been tested,
I felt the need to release 4.1.007, given the IS NOW problem (#92).
If you have a DAVIS weather station, feedback would be appreciated.
See ECS.HTM for upgrade instructions.
4.1.007 (09/01/99)
* 90) The "WEATHER-INTERFACE" Type has been renamed to
"WEATHER-IFC-A".
* 91) A new Type (WEATHER-SETTING-A) has been added,which REPLACES the
following FORMER Types (via "SETTING" Parameters):
Inside-Temperature
Outside-Temperature
Inside-Humidity
Outside-Humidity
Barometric-Pressure
Daily-Rain
Yearly-Rain
Wind-Speed
Wind-Direction
Wind-Chill
Dew-Point
IF YOU HAVE DEFINED ANY OF THESE ITEMS, PLEASE CHANGE THEM AS FOLLOWS
(or email ECS.CFG to me for modification):
OLD (example):
|Item:Inside-Temperature Type:Inside-Temperature Acc:User/User
| Initial State:(none) Backup:No
NEW:
|Item:Inside-Temperature Type:Weather-Setting-A Acc:User/User
| Initial State:(none) Backup:No
| Setting :Inside-Temperature
92) A bug has been corrected which could prevent IS NOW tests from
operating properly in CALLED Events.
93) VNC is now documented in ECS.HTM.
* 94) The YEAR Item States now range from 1999-2099 (instead of 0-99).
NOTE: We have tested Y2K compliance by setting the time to
12/11/31 11:59:45 PM, setting a SECOND-TIMER to 30, and
verifying its proper operation when the year changes to 2000.
95) ECS now displays "ECS-Lite" in the title when running in Lite
mode.
* 96) Zone States for the IR-SIGNAL-K Item have been changed from
SEND->1...16 to SEND->0...15 (so as to be consistent with
AD software/documentation).
