i've got one, as well... picked it up with the "big picture" product. i have the same
problems that david described (stops working after a day or 2 until wiggling 
the mouse). other than that, it works pretty well... i had done a custom setup to control
winamp (i don't have their new MP3 product) but have since started 
rebuilding the same functionality using an X10 controller + the WACTRL program that
david wrote...
