RE: [ECS] MouseRemote ?

I've got 8 or 9 palmpads and all work great! Great range, too (I can be 70
feet or so away from the house -- which makes it 100 feet or so away from
the receiver -- and they work every time). When I press a button I hold it
down (less than a second) until I see the red LED flicker a couple or three
times. If you relase as soon as you press the signal doesn't always get
sent.

Not so enthusiastic about the Sticka Switches, though. They just don't have
the extended range the Palmpads have. Their appearance isn't so hot,
either. They are intended to be mounted onto a wall, but because of their
appearance I haven't mounted any in the house (got one in the garage,
though). Works well only if it's located less than 20 feet away from the
receiver (and few obstructions).

Keychain jobs don't seem to have the range, either.

Steve

slow and erratic? the palmad has always been really solid for me. i've tried
those crappy "sticka switches" and the x10 keychain things and haven't had a
bit of
luck with them. my palmpads have been as reliable as my hardwired (plug in)
mini-controller.
