Phone-interface-d wirdness

Hi Mark!

I received several calls that caused the following errors to be logged be
ECS. Since the caller(s) didn't leave a message(s), I don't know who it was.
It probably was a telemarketer, so I wouldn't have wanted to talk to them
any way.  :)
