FYI (and per helpful inputs from Tony James):
I neglected to have ECS properly support START/STOP-STATUS,
issue the ECS-Lite warning, and re-generate new cross-reference
lists (EVN.REF & GRP.REF) when a different cfg is read via
the READ button. I will upload the fix to the BETA shortly.
