Kevin,

Yes, I'm running W95 and found that CPU usage is at 100%.  Mark has fixed
this by introducing a sleep into ECS.  Don't remember the specific version
this happened in, but 4.1.010 gives me 3-4 passes per second (4.1.04 gave me
29-30 passes/second) with cpu usage of around 50% if I remember correctly.
