Hi Mark!

I have ECS set up so that it gets the listings 10 minutes before the hour.
In doing so, I call TVL3.EXE like this:

TVL3 TVLFAVS.TXT 0 +10 TVL.TXT TVL3.TMP

Here's the problem: when I run TVL3.EXE before midnight, I don't get the
listings for midnight coming up (tomorrow morning).  Rather, I get listings
for midnight this morning (~24 hours ago).  This appears to happen every
day.
