i couldn't find a TVLDEL.TXT file included with any of the ECS downloads to use as a
template... it looks like you just create a file with one channel name per 
line. is that correct?

the only problem with this is that when i filter out somethign like "SHOW", since i
don't have showtime, it kills anything with the word "show" in it. is there a way 
that i can force filter.exe to be case sensitive (the channel names are always uppercase,
the names of the shows seldom are...)
