 I only sent it once, the first time, the ECS list rejected the message
because I embedded the screenshot in the message and it was over 80000
bytes. So, I resent it with just the attached .gif file. Sorry if anyone got
it 3 times..I sent it to the ECS list and your email account.

I am not doing anything special to resize the window, I am moving the mouse
to the edge of the window, and when it turns to the resize mouse arrow, I
drag the window to the right to widen it. The window itself, widens, but the
contents don't resize with the window border as shown in the picture.

I am using Win98...

BTW, what address should I use for future screenshots, etc.?

I need specifics as to what you mean by "re-size" ?
What exactly are you doing with the mouse ?
Why did you send this gif 3 times ?
btw, PLEASE do not send such images to ecs-list.
