All,

Proud to report that my RC-80 thermostat is working flawlessly!

ECS is in control and resetting temperatures based on occupancy flags (who is home/not
home).

- If no one home, thermostat goes to "setback" mode
- If someone home, thermostat goes to "daytime" mode
- At 9pm, if teenager home, thermostat goes to "sleep" mode
- Settings interrogated every 30 minutes; if any changes made at thermostat, ECS resets
to commanded temperatures
- If overnight guests are here, thermostat interrogate/reset is disabled
- Cool/Heat setpoints individually adjustable
- Event insures setpoint data "takes" at thermostat by reading/logging any changes
- Remote "reporting" event also included (add to your remote-phone macro stuff to find
out what's going on when you're away)

I've sent the event to Mark G and asked him to post it to the ECS archives.

If any of you would like a copy, please drop me a note and I'll e-mail the event to
you directly.

Bill Walters
