No, ECST.EXE is not all that's needed; yes, you may have to modify your
CFG file to account for the new playback types (at least I did.)

I had to copy ECST.EXE, all files from the Windows install with a .TXT
extension, then renamed my
spchex.doc file to spchex.txt.  My most recent upgrade was 8/4/98
however, there is probably more to do
if you are using an older version.
