Event for Motion sensor

Hi:

 Can anyone show/write an event that will do the following:

1. When motion sensor A11 is triggered, turn on lamp A1 IF the following is
true.

1. No other lamps (Group: Living Room Lamps) is ON or DIMMED to any level
2. AND Movie Macro (A12) is NOT currently running.

I can't seem to find the best way to tell if a lamp is DIMMED. I can only
tell if it is OFF or ON, or I have to pick a Dim level to use as a base.
