Subject: From: Date: | Re: [ECS] TX15B ? Jerry Swords Mon, 11 Oct 1999 10:42:46 -0400 |
Hi Mark,
I am using the TX15B, and ECS works great at both sending and receiving
temperature, setpoint, mode and fan mode information. The one thing I have
noticed, though, is when the state of each of these items is "Unknown" (such
as when ECS is first started). I have written an event to have ECS "Read"
the status of each item at ECS startup, but the items are not updated with
the current status of the TX15B. Whenever the "Read" command is either
programmed or selected from the drop down menu on the TX15B group display
items, the LED on the PLC interface blinks 4 times, indicating that ECS is
sending the command, and that the TX15B is responding. However, ECS does
not update the items with the current status of the TX15B.
This isn't a big problem, but being able to poll for TX15B status upon
starting ECS would be advantageous.
Let me know if you need any more information.
Jerry
