I can verify that they do still send the on/off light sensing even if 
you have "disabled" that "feature".  I can also attest that setting the
unit code to 15 will not work, that just makes the light sensing on/off
signal go out on unit code 1.  Currently I have just left the unit codes
unused for this problem.  I would also like to truly "disable" the light
change sensing. Then I wouldn't be forced to use up two unit codes for
each motion sensor.  I suppose you could cover the light sensor with
a small piece of black electricians tape to defeat it without actually
"disabling" it.
