[ECS]PLC-Interface-2H

All,
I am trying to deal with a problem that started with, about, the second Ver.
016 maybe the first). I use PLC-Interface-2H (CM11A). All was working well
until the ver 016 dated after 10-08-99. Any of the later versions cause my
CM11A to lockup or continue to send the last command in a constant stream.
Eventually I get a PLC-TX overrun error. Sometimes I can get it to stop this
by Item>Modify>Reset the PLC. But the next time I access it, it starts the
continuous stream again. Other times I have to close and restart ECS.

If the item is a Lamp Type then it sends the command (I see it on my Power
Line Signal Analyzer) but does not reflect the change in my group Icon. It
the item is an Appliance Type and if the item is now off, when I send the ON
command it will continue to send on's until overflow.

It acts like the problem described by Michael David in post 10-16-99 except
I have the CM11A interface.

I can make no changes except reload an earlier version of ECS and everything
goes back to normal.

I apologize if I missed a post that dealt with this problem but any help
would be appreciated.
