Hi Paul!

Please take no offense. As Dave said in his follow-up email, he thought
were spamming the list; he didn’t realize you were one of us. Granted, it
wasn’t the most list-friendly way to deal with it – right, Dave? :-)

And yes, we are all a pretty classy bunch of people around here. I am often
impressed with how this list stays so friendly, polite, and helpful. Of
course, through the years, we’ve all posted something we wished we hadn’t.
:-)

Paul, I’m sorry we didn’t get around to answering your postie question. If
I remember correctly, you were having trouble getting postie to connect to
your ISP, yes? Are you still having trouble?

Here’s how I do it:

.\POSTIE\POSTIE -s:"Phone message" -file:LMCID.TXT -a:LM.WAV -host:<my pop
server> -from:michael@michaeldavid.com -to:<my cell phone>

Cheers!

Michael David
