Whoops.  I just did the same thing... responded without reading the entire
thread.  If I would have known this was such a heated thread, I would have
preferred to stay out of it.  I hope nobody is offended anymore.  I would
like to take this time to state my appreciation for all the helpful hints
from everyone in the past years.  I am normally just a non-participating
reader/bystander on this list, but enjoy very much reading and learning from
it every day.
