Stuart,
I can't say why this is, but Win should handle DST for you
(this morning, both my PCs had windows notifying me that
the clock had been set back). Check your TIME Win settings.

NOTE: DST will be appropriately addressed in the next beta
upload (today). Please hold off on any related problem
reports until then (as they will probably be "academic").
