Recommendation for Documentation/examples

I am finding that I can decipher the example.cfg and ECS.cfg as I begin
using TVL, however,

I noticed something that is NOT clear with either LMEMAIL.BAT or TVL.BAT
that I think needs clarification for someone trying to figure out how to
understand what ECS is doing.

The ISP Status Item is great but the examples do not indicate that you need
to configure an item to utilize RASDIAL so you can set ISP Status to "A" for
Active. Is this correct? Unless I really missed something when going
through the events and batch files (which may be the case), I think this
should be mentioned in the ecs.cfg and/or example.cfg or ecs help html
document. How about an ISP Manager Event in the examples just to help
first-timers out?

Anyone have any comments?

Kevin
