Cameras and such

All,

This isn't REALLY on topic, but I've been playing recently with USB
cameras..... Found that the INTEL PC Camera Pack is just about the
best/easiest to install....They also currently have a rebate program - $30
for two, $10 for one.....

I compared it with the Creative unit, as well as the Kensington VGA unit
(all sell for $79.95 at CompuUSA). There was no comparison....Hands down
the Intel camera turned in the best picture...

I got "experimenting" because my daughter and her husband are at Texas A&M
(College Station, TX) and my son in in Abilene Texas.... I was beginning to
"miss" not seeing their faces, so have purchased cameras for the entire
family... Son will get his Saturday (19th birthday) and daughter will get
hers later this month on her anniversary (1st..) This should be great fun
for the family.

All of this made me wonder......... any other ECS users out there have
cameras and want to consider setting up a video conference sometime????
Doesn't seem like the "ANNUAL ECS GET-TOGETHER" is going to happen this
year, so maybe we could do it by........... video?????

Thoughts????
