Try putting ECS into the startup group, and configuring NT for auto logon
(search for the keyword AUTOLOGON in http://support.microsoft.com for
details; you'll need to enter your user name and password somewhere in the
registry to do this).

Another way is to buy the NT resource kit. There is a utility included that
lets you execute an Autoexec.bat file on bootup, and another one to let you
run any program as a service (drawback: services either don't have access
to the screen, or have very limited permissions).
