Hi Mark,

I finally got around to getting caught up with your latest updates (4.1.016
I think).  First, the new "look" with the menu bar is great.  Gives it so
much more of a "Windows" look.  Now, two questions/problems.

When I open an event window I only get the top half of the scroll bar on the
right hand side.  The bottom arrow (for scrolling down) is missing.  I can
grab the elevator and pull it down to scroll.  The last line in the event
ends up being every so slightly cut off by the bottom of the event window.
I am using Win98.

Second, my TVL download is no longer working.  It is essentially copied
right out of example.cfg, with the exception that I have the download set
for 5:30 instead of 4:30.  According to upd.txt you made some time changes
(I did not find a new example.cfg in the .zip file).  I tried setting TVL
Enabled to "Now True" to execute the TVL download so that I could check my
new channel settings.  I get the Email error everytime.  I see no reason to
get this error.  The DOS window pops up very fast, but I can't tell what the
messages inside of it are.  Have I missed something in your update?
