Jerry,
Try using the "Caller-ID Type" and setting it to "Call/Wait". The ECS version
(4.0.025) I am using ignores any existing dialtone and will place the call
with no problem. Keep in mind that Mark has eliminated the "Call/Wait" in the
latest ECS version.
