Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] X10 LM15A Lamp Modules bob.terfruchte.amd.com Wed, 10 Nov 1999 15:08:37 -0600 |
Thanks Claude! The old SL 575's are TOO BIG! I have 7 outdoor lights on the
front of my house that are controlled with one switch. I like to have a
couple on at night but seven is too many. Using LM15As I have broken them
into two groups of 2 and 5 lamps with separate unit codes. That way I can
have power to all seven all of the time and use ECS and the LM15As to
control them. The SL575's won't fit in the lamp enclosure
Regards,
Bob

If the fixture has room to fit it, the old SL 575 screw-in lamp module is
still available and does support dimming. It is larger than the newer,
socket rocket though.

Bob,
The LM15A does NOT support dimming (Lord knows why :-)),
so you should probably just use an APPLIANCE Item
(to avoid confusion).
