Turns out that I made the same mistake as Stuart,
regarding the use of a RANDOM Item :-):
In your LIVED-IN LOOK Event, please change this:
|	If	Random 70%		Is		Low
|	Then	Lived-In On/Off		Set		Off
|	Else	Lived-In On/Off		Set		On

to this:
|	Do	Number-A		Set		Random 70%
|	If	Number-A		Is		0
|	Then	Lived-In On/Off		Set		Off
|	Else	Lived-In On/Off		Set		On

Otherwise, the RANDOM Item will never change, as it must
be referenced in the State/Item column to do so.
