Mark,
Are you familiar with the SmartLinc (two-way) switch? I have had 4 for the
last few months and have found them to be somewhat inconsistent. Although I
don't think the inconsistency is from ECS, I thought I would check.
My problem is that they do not always respond. I'll send an on or off
command (from ECS) but the light won't do anything. When this happens I can
normally send the signal over and over and the light will not respond.
However I have never had the light not respond if I use a mini-controller.
Since the switch will always respond to a mini-controller I assume the
switches are fine. yet ECS is basically acting like a mini-controller.
I am using Light/A. Any thoughts?
