I made a few improvements to TVL4.EXE (args have changed,
so don't use until updating per EXAMPLE.CFG).
Also, FILE window is now re-sizable.

	4.2.007 (11/23/99)

   171)	Three new States (OPEN, RE-OPEN, & CLOSE) are now supported for
	the FILE Type: OPEN displays an edit window thru which the file
	may be viewed and/or edited. RE-OPEN does the same, but preserves
	the windows current display status. CLOSE closes the window.

   172)	The TV-SHOWS Event in EXAMPLE.CFG now uses a NEW pgm (TVL4.EXE)
	and the new FILE States (above) to maintain a separate window
	which lists all TV shows currently on the air, plus shows which
	will air within 2 hours (adjustable).
