This BETA is now being uploaded (give it a few minutes).

	4.2.007 (11/26/99)

   171)	5 new States (OPEN, RE-OPEN, OPEN/MENU, RE-OPEN/MENU & CLOSE)
	are now supported for the FILE Type (see ECS.HTM for details).

*  172)	The TV-GUIDE Event in EXAMPLE.CFG now uses a NEW pgm (TVL4.EXE)
	and the new FILE States (above) to maintain a separate menu
	window which lists all TV shows currently on the air, plus
	shows which will air within 2 hours (adjustable).
	If you click a desired show, EXAMPLE.CFG will set the channel
	to that show.
	Favorites are marked with an asterisk ("*").
	When inserting this Event in your cfg, also insert the new
	TVL PARSE Event.

   173)	The max size of a Text-Line has been increased from 65 to 128.

   174)	The Message Screen is now re-sizable.

*  175)	TVL listings now display times in AM/PM format (verus military).
	To update your cfg, replace your TVL Event with that listed
	in EXAMPLE.CFG. To modify other related files, execute TVLUPD.BAT
	(note that this will take a while).

   176)	EXAMPLE.CFG (TVL Event) now checks for TV shows every 5 minutes,
	so as to account for unusual start times.
