The times are now correct, but the channels are still missing the first
digit.

Sorry about that - I had the same problem.
The problem was in TVLUPD.EDM.
Please download your listings again.
After doing this you need not execute TVLUPD.BAT again,
but please check your TVLFAVS.TXT file to see if any
times are messed up (change any "aP" times to "a").
FOR OTHERS, the corrected TVLEDM.BAT is attached.
