The following updates have been uploaded to ecs/win & ecs/dos
(per #76 below).

If you have a W95 PC, download from ecs/win, unzip into an
empty directory, & run SETUP.

If you have a DOS PC, download from ecs/dos, unzip
into an an empty directory, and execute SETUPD.BAT.

Some of the required changes may be difficult, so don't
forget that I will gladly update the applicable files if
you email them to me.

Any feedback would be welcome.

	3.4.021 (uploaded to ftp.gallops.com/ecs on 8/18/98)
	----------------------------------------------------------------

     8/15/98:

* 71)	A bug has been corrected which caused ECS to treat a <Shft-Tab>
as a <TAB> if it was entered at one of the Item, State, or Icon
prompts in the Group Editor (in graphics mode).

* 72)	A few graphics "anomalies" have been corrected (lines
	off-center, etc).

* 73)	The "CLOCK" Icon has been re-designed.

The OLD defs (in ICONS.DEF) appeared as follows:
 Name Type State/Range File/Colors
 ----------------------	---------------	-----------------------
------------
|Clock:0-12 Clock 00000 00012 B 0 F
The values under "State/Range" denotED the minimum/maximum
State of the clock, and those under "File/Colors" denotED
the color codes for the filled portion, the unfilled portion,
	and the clock's outline, respectively.

The NEW defs (in ICONS.DEF) appear as follows:
 Name Type State/Range File/Colors
 ----------------------	---------------	-----------------------
------------
|Clock:12/60/-F Clock 00012 00060 - F - -
The values under "State/Range" denote the # of little hand
	(e.g. hour) & big-hand (e.g. minute) states respectively (12
& 60 for a normal clock). Those under "File/Colors" denote
the color codes to be used for the clock fill color, clock
outline, little hand fill color, and big hand fill color,
respectively. Where no fill colors are desired, dashes ("-")
	may be used.

IF YOU HAVE CUSTOMIZED ICONS.DEF, PLEASE EDIT THAT FILE AND
MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CHANGES (OR EMAIL THESE FILES TO US FOR
MODIFICATION). OTHERWISE, OBTAIN THE NEW ICONS.DEF BY DELETING
YOUR OLD COPY AND RE-INSTALLING. ALSO, MODIFY ANY CLOCK ICON
	REFERENCES IN ECS.CFG.

* 74)	Arguments to the BAR Icon have been re-arranged as follows:

In the OLD ICONS.DEF, the values under "File/Colors"
(in ICONS.DEF), appeared in the order:
	1) Filled-color, 2) Unfilled-color, 3) Outline-color.

In the NEW ICONS.DEF, the 1st and 3rd colors have been
switched, such that they now appear in the order:
	1) Outline-color, 2) Unfilled-color, 3) Filled-color.

IF YOU HAVE NOT OBTAINED A NEW ICONS.DEF (PER #73), PLEASE
PLEASE EDIT THAT FILE AND MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CHANGES.

     8/18/98:

    75)	DOS installs/updates are now performed via SETUPD.BAT.
DOS UN-installs are performed via UNINSTD.BAT.

    76)	ftp.gallops.com has been rearranged into the following
directories:

		ecs/ (ECS root)
		ecs/win (Win zip file ECSvvvvv.ZIP)
		ecs/dos (DOS zip ECSvvvvv.ZIP)
