A product such as PC/TV AirLink will give you remote keyboard/mouse/video to
another room (2.4 GHz transmitter), but the video would be to a TV.
Logitech also makes a product called Cordless Desktop which gives you an RF
keyboard & mouse. Another option would be to simply use a junker 486 ($30
garage sale) using PC-Anywhere with a direct-cable connection to take
control of the main computer.

Saw a box at Compusa that allows you to do this. It person can be running
different programs at the same time with a separate keyboard, mouse and
monitor on the same system. I don't think it simply duplicates so that
what is happening on one monitor shows on the other.
