have any of you tried talkworks3 from symantec? or call attendent ? or voice
guide ?
these all seem to do what is wanted. i have NOT experienced bigmouth or ecs
telephony other than caller id, which i love, are there functions or
capabilities that ecs telephony would provide that you could share..
