I believe that Mark said the files themselves are still at the site location refered
to in the documentation.  Just open the help file, and follow the link for the updates.

Hello Everybody,

I am a new user of ECS and am looking for the current location of the ECS
repository. I have tried ftp.gallops.com but either the site has been
secured or my companies firewall is causing me problems. If anybody
has any info on this I would appreciate a response.
