Dan,
Your REDAC was reporting a value higher that "normal"
(I raised the max limit of ANALOG-INPUT-C Items to 32767).

I don't think I can do much about the framing error, as I
never fully tested the Vision-Plus under Win, and currently
don't have time to diagnose and/or solve the problem.
I can only tell you that one other customer is using
the VP without problem (perhaps they will respond), and
that I suspect that this error is triggered when ECS
and the VP both attempt to "talk" to each other at the
same time.
