Scott and Mark,

I posed a similiar question on the list mailing lists for Applied Digital and
got the following response from Applied digital's Dan Smith.

"You would configure your Leopard screen to show text with an
embedded variable. ECS could change the variable to display whatever it
wants."

I took this to mean we could have buttons that would change based on
the state of an ECS item. 

Does this make sense to you Mark?

The Leopard (and hence ECS) only supports the
ability to change screens.
