I had a lot of trouble just like yours when I first set things up. Although
part of it at the time was on Mark's end, my tz-c.cnh file was a culprit as
well. I think this is what led to the argument in tvl.bat of 0 or 1. In
nay case, have your tried using a .chn file that has NOT been altered? Then
you could rule out that file as being the culprit. I'll attach my tz-c.chn
file, which I know to work. You could modify your tvl.bat item and see if
my file works.

Further research shows that the failure of listing the numeric channels is
at TVL1.EXE
Using the following
TVL1 TVL.HTM TZ-P.CHN 0 TVLNEW.TXT
or
TVL1 TVL.HTM TZ-P.CHN 1 TVLNEW.TXT
leaves me with the call letters, not numbers. Sigh...What Executables and
Events should I go over to try and get this right?
