I just upgraded ECS from only 4.2 to 4.2 (latest on the web).

I don't recall what version I had before but it was after the bell to click
replacement.

I get the following error when trying to open ecs.cfg:

"4:51:17: ERROR:5th Item-line not found (line 1370)"

Does anyone know what this means?  I looked through upd.txt and found
nothing on this.
