OK guys,

I answered my own question...... Went and got ECSU.ZIP from Mark G's site;
ECS.EXE had been changed.

Unzipped and installed;  announcements are working now!!      Hip Hip
Hooray!

Sometime this week, will begin work on the  copy/paste routine to integrate
this into my system; right now, all testing was done on separate system,
using Mark's EXAMPLE.CFG file......  just so I coulld understand what was/is
happening before monkeying with my system.....

Bottom line...... it works!
