Subject: From: Date: | Re: [ECS] tvl download problem Mark Gilmore Tue, 04 Jan 2000 16:31:17 -0500 |
Hi Paul,
It appears that Excite is no longer supporting DITV/USSB,
as it is no longer is listed in the "VIEW ANOTHER LINEUP" page
(http://tv.excite.com/?change=lineup_temp&forward=%2Flisting%2F).
When I manually entered http://tv.excite.com/listing/?lineup=DITVUSSB,
I got an EASTERN TIME ZONE listing (which I guess is the default if
an invalid lineup is entered). I think this is what is happening to you.
So unless I am missing something, it looks like you will be limited
to DITV, unless they have merged the USSB listings into DITV (??).
These entries (in TVLFAV.TXT) will announce any shows on SCIFI which
are >= 90 minutes and <= 199 minutes (these are usually movies):
A --/-- --------- --:--- 09- ------ SCIFI ~
A --/-- --------- --:--- 1-- ------ SCIFI ~
To print the guide with favorites marked (as you would see
in the TV-Guide window), try executing this command:
TVL4 TVL.TXT TVLFAV.TXT 9800 T.TMP (9800 mins in a week)
This should create T.TMP starting with shows currently on the
air and ending with those airing a week later (9800 mins).
Later...
