Excellent observations and suggested requirements...  I agree with each and
every one of them!

Not mentioned but the card should support DTMF on incoming as well as
OUTGOING, "on hook" and "off hook" capability, too.......

So, we're talking about a voice phone card that has no requirement to be a
modem or fax.....   Fine with me and should be OK as long as those "TYPES"
of devices could co-exist with the new phone card (for those who need
modem/fax capability).


DON  - you can add me to the list of folks willing to support advanced
capability phone card - I'm in for up to $400 if required.....
