Don,

I have run the download 4 times now 2 times by setting TVL Enabled to true and 2
times by just running TVL.BAT and still am not getting a TVLNEW.TXT. I do get a
TVL.HTM updated every time but no TVL.TXT. Is there some conversion from TVL.HTM
to TVL.TXT that I may not be doing?

Tom:
 VTLNEW.TXT is created when you d/l the listings, which should have happened
when you loaded ECS. Try running TVL.BAT to get the listings.
