ug... typing not so good this morning... that line should've read:

ECSParse NOW allows you to specify everything as arguments...

yes - i've updated the code to allow you to specify arguments on the command line. you
should not quote the values unless you are supplying them as 
arguments on the command line. if you just run ECSParse.bat without arguments and it
asks you for an event name, just enter the event name without quoting 
it.
