Fair enough, I'll try to be more specific, although I'm not in front of
my ECS computer. I tried to create an Item named Micro Redac. I defined this
Item as a PLC-Interface. My HomeVision is also defined as a PLC-Interface.
When I try to save my defination of the Micro Redac, ECS gives me an error
message stating that I already have a PLC-Interface. That certainly makes
sense. So my question is how can I use the Micro Redac? How do I define it
so I can use the analog, digital and realay stuff? Garnet and Michael have
more than one of these things working together. I'd like to avoid using the
Serial-Byte Item, but perhaps this is the only way to make it happen.
Thanks for your time and patience;
Don
