There was a problem with the latest uploaded beta
which related to the support of lower-case States
(for CHARACTER Items): Win REALLY does not want to
support this capabality :-). The symptom was that
the Item Editor would not allow any new Item to be
selected.
I think all is fixed now and I'm currently
uploading (give it 15 minutes).
